FAQs
Choosing a license
Pick a license for each way the fonts are used. The licensing page has the full detail.
Which license covers a logo? Desktop. Print runs and copies are not counted, and the logo can be registered as a trademark.
Which license covers a website? Web. One license covers every site the license holder owns, as long as the combined traffic fits the tier.
Which license covers an app or a game? App. One license covers one title on every platform it ships on.
What if the use grows later? Move up a tier and pay only the difference. Write to [email protected] with the order reference.
Does a license expire? No. A license is bought once and never needs renewing.
Free styles
Some styles are free for Desktop and Web at the first tier, claimed from an account or downloaded from the official GitHub release.
Which styles are free? The ones marked free on each font page. Other licenses and higher tiers for those styles are paid.
How is a free style claimed? From an account with a confirmed email address, with no payment card. The license certificate and the files land in the account.
Are the free styles open source? No. They are free to use under the license, but they may not be modified or passed on.
Orders and downloads
Where licenses and files live after an order.
Is an account needed to buy? No. An email address is enough, and signing in later with it brings the order into an account.
Where are the files? In the account library, for as long as the license is held.
Is there an invoice? Every order has a receipt in the account, ready to print or save as a PDF.
Can an order be refunded? Not once it is delivered, except a license bought twice by mistake and not downloaded. The terms of sale have the details.
Problems
The order reference is the fastest way to sort anything out.
What if a file will not install or looks wrong? Write to [email protected] with the order reference. A broken or wrong file is replaced.
An order is missing from the account. What now? Sign in with the email address the order was placed with. If it is still missing, write to [email protected] with the order reference.
What about a use that is not covered? Write to [email protected] and describe it.
