These terms cover using hippopotype.com. Buying a license is covered by the terms of sale, and using the fonts by the font license agreement.

The text, images, code and font previews on this site belong to hippopotype. Previews are for trying the fonts before licensing, not for any other use. Copying the site beyond normal browsing needs written permission.

An account belongs to the person who created it. Keep its email address current, since sign-in codes and downloads go there. An account used to break a license may be closed. Licenses already granted stay valid.

The site is offered as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. A license already granted does not depend on the site, and its files stay downloadable from the account for as long as the site runs.

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. A consumer in the European Union keeps the mandatory protections of the country where they live.
